As co-founder of Legacy Homes, Dercio brings years of hands-on experience to every job site. Known for his precision, leadership, and deep construction knowledge, he manages field operations and ensures every project is built to the company’s highest standards. Dercio works side-by-side with the crews, making sure every detail is executed with care, from foundation to final trim.
Matheus keeps our job sites running like clockwork. As Crew Leader, he directs the day-to-day field operations, coordinating team efforts, managing materials, and upholding our quality standards on every task. His ability to lead with confidence and communicate clearly with both the crew and office makes him an essential part of our success on the ground.
